Very professional, knowledgeable technician This company was recommended by my brother in-law and also his son in-law, both highly recommended this company and I am so glad, when the technician arrived he looked at my air handler I told him what had happened and he asked a few questions went outside to check the a/c unit ran a couple of pressure test, explained what was going on with the unit told me what was required and the exact cost involved. Honest, thorough service. Andrew took a look at our old as dirt air conditioner. Confirmed what I had already suspected, that we need a new air conditioner. He did what he could to extend it's life through our renovation. Gave us a fair estimate on a new unit.

Omer Saved the Day! I got a little overconfident and tried to install a smart thermostat in my new home. Of course, I learned the hard way that the process was much more involved than I thought. After breaking some of the unit’s control wiring, I knew I was in too deep. Cool Air USA came to the rescue! Omer actually arrived within a half hour of my call.
