Excellent service as always. I have had my air conditioning serviced by Cool Air USA for several years. They are always professional and the work is done correctly the first time.
Very satisfied Technician arrived earlier than the 3 hr window that was stated. Very nice young man. Polite, professional. Circuit tripped due to power outage, he advised me what to do should this happen in the future. Also, actually wiped his feet thoroughly before stepping back into my home from the outside...Which I really appreciated. I normally have to ask them to wipe their feet. Pleased with service so far.
Touch up visit for final inspection Insulation needed to be secured in one little section which took only a few minutes. Inspection passed. As always the employee was professional, courteous and friendly. One thing we appreciate is that all the workers are informative and knowledgeable, they explain whatever we need to know or ask. New unit was installed a few months ago and we are really happy with its performance and the staff is always exceptional. Thanks again!
GREAT TECHNICIAN! My technician, Ricardo, was knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions and elaborated when I didn't understand. He was very respectful and once he started working, got done quickly and was mindful of noise level and mess level (he would inform me before starting the next step).
fixed my A/C sooner then expected; personable tech. arrived early and had my A/C working in short order. did a really great job and i recommend them highly. David made sure i understood what was needed and then fixed the problem. thank you very much.

I received same day service at the time promised and received a call from the service man that he was on his way. The service rep was able to diagnose the issue and had the unit working again promptly. He was courteous and explained what he needed to do.
