After returning home from a business trip I was unhappy that my ac was not working I contacted Cool Air early Sat morning and I received an eta of 11 am -2pm I was surprised when the tech called and asked if I preferred him to stop by earlier . I am very satified witth the work performed by Renald. 5 stars. Renald is a very nice tech. He got right to the issue and performed an excellent cleaning on my AC. Great conversation, just a pleasure to assist him in cleaning my unit. I hope he is with your company a long time so I can call on him next time. 5 stars.
Jack was great, courteous and kind. He took his time explaining the process. The team was kind a polite and professional. Not satisfied with the vents cleaning that was offered, it was forgotten and someone was sent back to clean them he did a poorly rushed job. Incomplete!
Great Company This was a great experience. Anthony my service person was wonderful, honest, knowledgeable and explained everything. The prices were already set up on the his iPad and were very very reasonable. For what I needed I felt the price was excellent. I will continue to use Cool Air for all my future ac issues as well as do my yearly maintenance with them. I would highly recommend this company and have already told some of my neighbors.

Reliable and pleasant I have used Cool Air USA for a few years now and have always been very happy with their technicians. Anthony was respectful, didn't do anything unnecessary and serviced my units as requested. He, and other techs before him, went the extra mile to make sure everything was done and that I was happy.
