Professional and straight forward. This is our second time using Cool Air. We weren't disappointed! The technician diagnosed our issue and told us our A/C is going to be a money pit. He was right. It's an old unit (20 years old) and recommend we replace the unit with a more energy efficient unit. We appreciate him being straight forward with us.

Amazing service. Great value It was my first time using this company. They came highly recommended. From the receptionist to the highly professional technician..the service was unparalleled to any other company I have ever dealt with in South Florida. The price was 50 percent less than 2 other quotes I had gotten. I can't say enough about this company . .. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest professional air conditioning service. Great job guys.. Andrew the technician was great!

Good, efficient service Once Ricardo showed up (evidently an A/C emergency elsewhere caused him to miss the three hour window by over an hour), he did great job. He cleared the lines, checked the compressor as well as the filter. Pointed out potential future issues and quoted how much it might cost. Put everything in writing and provided pictures. Very professional and personable.

Professional Service even during a Pandemic Contacted Cool Air with an emergency since the fan in my ac had broken. It was late in the day and I was worried nobody was available but they got a technician within a couple of hours.

Excellent! Andrew was the technician who came to our house, he was MORE THAN AMAZING! So so so nice, polite, smart, patient, knowledgable, among so many other amazing things. He actually made us feel like he truly care about getting our AC unit fixed and understood how uncomfortable it is to live in florida without an AC. He was amazing, fixed everything fast, taught us a lot about our unit and even gave us some tips to make sure we take good care of our AC. Good job! Would use again I would say the gentleman was kind helpful and knowledgeable, but I did have to ask him please put on his mask before he started diagnosting my AC unit which he promptly did but wish he had it on before he came in my apt. Overall good work and the AC unit is working like a charm.
