Very fast and professional I’ve called them and 20 minutes I had someone at my house ! David was very professional, he explained me everything he did. My AC was fixed in 30 minutes. I really recommend Cool Air USA.
Good Experience They did a great job with the installation Ithink they forgot to clear the water discharge pipe the sales person was very nice and knowledge he knew exactly what we needed,everything was instilled the next day ,works perfectly the only other think i noticed is they leveled the baseby eye did not have a level

Very professional, knowledgeable technician This company was recommended by my brother in-law and also his son in-law, both highly recommended this company and I am so glad, when the technician arrived he looked at my air handler I told him what had happened and he asked a few questions went outside to check the a/c unit ran a couple of pressure test, explained what was going on with the unit told me what was required and the exact cost involved.
