Fast and efficient Called cool air in the middle of our Covid crisis due to AC not cooling during quarantine. They were here within 45 minutes and fixed my AC so quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and polite. Minutes after to talk a left, I got a call from office to check on my service. The man on the phone took extra attention to help me get on a maintenance plan that better suited my needs. I am so grateful for this during this time of crisis!

Great Service and Expertise I would highly recommend using Cool Air USA. Despite everything that is going on in this country with CoronaVirus. David still came out same day and fixed my issue quick and at a fair price. David provided great service and is very knowledgeable. Will definitely be using this company for my other rental properties.

Excellent all around! Cool Air USA is a wonderful example of a company dedicated to service. This was my first time using them. They were able to accommodate me on the same day that I called.
