Andrew was awesome! Andrew came to give us an estimate about possibly acid washing, fixing, and reinstalling an old unit. But because it was too rusty and old he suggested it was better to have a brand new unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his explanations. He answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us a complete assessment of the work that would be done. And since it was an emergency situation, he made sure to schedule the work next morning.

Excellent Customer Service I was very grateful for the lack of unnecessary charges like some other AC companies charge. Instead Cool Air USA was upfront with what fees I was to expect. The coupon was a solid selling point as well for me. The service tech kept me informed all day of what time he would come to my home. Even when he got delayed he notified me. And he was very fast and efficient when cleaning our air ducts. I will definitely use Cool Air USA again.
