Excellent technician Michael B. My AC went out on a Sunday night and, although no one could come Sunday, they called me first on Monday morning. They told me between 1 - 4 and he actually called at 3pm and came. He diagnosed the issue and fixed both the initial ptoblem as well as the real issue he found after he started back up the system. He did a thorough job and was not only able to fix the unit but to clean it and get it running optimal so it was not using as much electric. Fixed efficiently! Although the service was scheduled between 11 am and 2 pm, they were unable to arrive until around 3:30. Despite this, Mike did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly and answered all of our questions. When we need a new unit we will definitely consider Cool Air, USA!

The diagnosis made in less than 10 minutes, treatment applied and AC working again! In the hottest of the Summer you just want a fast solution for your AC that stopped working! And the guys provided it in less then 20 minutes! Well done guys!
