Fast and Honest I called Cool Air USA on an issue that required a new A/C part. A few hours later, the part was replaced and it was under warranty, so no charge for the service call. They also took the time to review my system and make recommendations on my system's maintenance. I truly appreciate their prompt service and their concern about keeping their customers happy. Glad that Cool Air USA are my AC techs. Thanks.

Always great service This is my 2nd time using CoolAirUSA. Technician David C. was great. He showed up on time, explained problem and finished repair right a way. great service!!! Also billing and office stuff were great accommodating scheduling and payment that was most convenient for my client and me.

Fixing I’m hearing issue Orlando has been extremely helpful in servicing all of our equipment at our home. One of the heating unit was not working he was able to fix it very quickly very helpful in pointing out several issues that needed to be fixed.
