Even though the critical situation we are experiencing at this time due to Coronavirus 19 Cool Air USA delivered an incredible service with professionalism, courtesy and promptness. Zseuxis V. and his tech assistant courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Technicians walked us through the whole process. Fast, Safe and Courteous Service During these difficult times, I needed to service my AC. The people on the phone were courteous and responsive. Andrew took care of the service quickly and safely. He wore gloves and mask, and also wiped surfaces he touched with alcohol. I will definitely make this my new go to AC company!
