Excellent service and affordable On a Sunday ac was making funny noise , had already replaced capacitor on Friday with a different company. I called the company that serviced unit on Friday and I was told that it was $175/hr minimum 2 hrs. I already paid them $320 for Friday. I could schedule appt on Monday and miss work. Wow... How unusual in today's world! It is rare to have a service company show up exactly when they said they would, do the work and charge exactly what they said they would with no hidden fees.

Service Call Aug 20th 2019 Thank you Andrew for the great job on my air conditioner. He was extremely knowledgable, clean and effecient. Kudos to this company for same day response. I highly recommend this company for promptness, effeciency and above all, a very competent person to do the repairs.

Excellent service They responded to my request of service the same day, they were available even during a weekend to respond to any concern that I had. The technician that performed the job (Perkins) was very professional, and polite explaining what the issues of the AC and provided understanding of the needed parts and the work to be done to fix the problem. Excellent service.

Great service! David C provides excellent service! From his communication upon arrival and getting up to my condo unit and then explaining what he was seeing in the repair- he was fantastic. I felt I understood the issues with my unit and some thoughts on preventative steps going forward.

Professional, I was Daniel’s last appt in the evening and when he showed up at my home. I had an A/C issue earlier in the day and Cool Air was able to get me an appt the same day. He was very professional, efficient , respectful ( wore booties to protect my floor!) Excellent service! Also the office called to let me know he was running late from another job , that is a first in Miami!
