Honest and extremely nice person I dont do this often because companies are often trying to scame you for something other than is needed. The gentleman that came was very PLEASANT and HONEST. He didnt try to scam us into getting something extra. The problem wasnt what we thought it was and he showed us what was wrong. A+ to your employee and to you for hiring him. A great experience It’s very hard to find an Ac Company in south Florida that is legitimate. The representative was very knowledgeable and informative about the repair and work he was doing. All of my questions asked were explained in detail and thorough. I was extremely pleased with their service.

A/C service is exceptional I have used Cool Air for many years. They doa great job and perform the work timely.
Quick and objective Emergency call was placed when a compressor blew, tech was onsite within 30 min. Checked what the issue was, gave us a quick review following his inspection including possible solutions and estimate. Everything was documented with pictures, and he had access to past visits and work done previously on the spot (with pictures). He was able to do a quick temporary but stable solution until we would be able to properly resolve the issue. Recommended!
Great customer service Ricardo came out to give us an estimate for duct cleaning. Took his time to explain everything and answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company.
