Had an emergency on Labor Day and under Tropical Storm watch Michael arrived within an hour. He was super nice and professional. They did not overcharged for holiday and even gave us a discount...!!

Great service There service tech Orlando arrived during the anticipated time frame. He did a complete examination and checked the history of the unit/system. He made recommendations to help prevent future problems including a power surge cord. We will continue to use COOL USA to service our unit due to their employees like Orlando.
