Great and fast service...... Would recommend to others... Our new HVAC system (9 months old) had a clogged drain line that effected the entire system, which shut down. This happened at 6PM on a Friday. I called and they had a service representative at our door by 9PM that same night. After 70 minutes the problem was resolved and our AC was pumping out nice, clean cool air again. My only recommendation to the company is to have your reps carry shoe covers when coming into homes. Very pleased with promptness and service The response was prompt and Thanks to the honesty and knowledge of the service person we didn't have to pay $450 to have the line flushed. He asked if the cooling tower had been or was being worked on. I inquired at the office and the problem was with the cooling tower and not the air-conditioner or to a blockage in the water line.
