Service Call Had Cool Air come for a service call to check noise coming from our AV unit and to check for condition of our 15 year old unit. Service technician did a thorough job and provided a full written report. In the future when I require a new unit I will certainly call Cool Air. Highly recommend their professional and honest service.

Nest thermostat installed I called Cool Air USA today to see when I could get a Nest thermostat installed. The person I talked to at the office was friendly and helpful. The technician was here in less than 3 hours and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable regarding the install and set it up and showed me how to use it. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.
