Excellent and reliable Leo was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He knew how to solve the problem and my air was working great once he took care of the problem. I called the company early Saturday evening after calling several other companies and they had someone come out on a Sunday for half the price of the others and the service call price was put towards the repair. Cool Air USA will be my AC company from now on!

this was one of the great experiences. with cool air usa got the answers that i needed. installer michael got here first thing in the AM. ready to work until he fixed any problem he found. not one hesitation on going under the house , a clean and spacious area, and see if the intake or outake duct attached to the unit that had been cut and left undone until the next day installer saw it and had a student fix it. what michael saw was a mess of mastic. he got concerned but when he got up to it he was relieved and i was too tha... read more

Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. I would 100% recommend this company, with absolutely no reservations. Their staff was knowledgeable, their employees were professional, they were in constant communication - literally from beginning to end I felt like they personally cared about the outcome. Don't call anyone else. These guys stand behind the service they provide.
