I received same day service at the time promised and received a call from the service man that he was on his way. I received same day service at the time promised and received a call from the service man that he was on his way. The service rep was able to diagnose the issue and had the unit working again promptly. He was courteous and explained what he needed to do.

service was excellent had two other companies here,mike came here and fixed all their mistakes. and got it fixed right. we won't call anyone else for a/c repair

Excellent Service. Knowledgeable technician Cool Air USA sent Sean W to analyze the existing 20 year old unit. He got it running but said I should replace it. He was very truthful and didn't pressure me into buying a new unit.

Excellent Service Cool Air USA has serviced my HVAC system for over two years and they have always done outstanding work. I have had the pleasure of working with both Orlando and Junior who are both extremely knowlegeable technicians and both courteous and professional. Their prices are fair and their work thorough and of high quality. I would not trust my HVAC system to any other firm.
