Service call for unit water leak. Cool Air did complete test and unit was working fine. Leak came from elsewhere. Quality service technician. Cool Air does great work for me on all of my properties.
The technitian was very professional, he checked the unit, identify the problem and suggested a procedure to solve my problem. The time frame for arrival was between the expected. Technician clear when he explain the problem, and was willing to answer all of my questions.
Amazing Service We called to have our AC checked on DEC 30th leading into the holiday weekend. Much to our disappointment (we already had a feeling) our AC needed to be replaced. The repair person came to our home after hours at about 9:00 pm and got us up and running in the short term. Ugh! Knowing that we were going to have company for the New Years, this was our only path until post holiday for the install of the needed air handler and outside unit.
