Excellent service Our air conditioner stopped cooling in the middle of the night. We called Cool Air in the morning and were pleasantly scheduled for that same day. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and fixed the problem quickly.

Excellent service Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air anymore and after a call to call air USA they sent their rep Junior to fix it. He was there within a few hours and did an excellent job. He found the problem within minutes and fixed it right away. He gave a lot of tips for preventative maintenance, air filters etc. I highly recommend him.

Mostly Good Service Other than a feeling that the tech/sales agent who priced the system that was installed a year ago was taking advantage of this old man when quoting the price, they have been outstanding in responding to calls for service.. But the unit and service after installation were super. I can't say that for the installation crew who I would have rated at half a star.

Warranty Coverage I had a new system installed in December. It was under warranty. My tenant called Cool Air and the repairs were completed timely under the warranty.
thorough job but price shock The technician did a very good job overall but there were a few things that could be improved: 1. At no time when the appointment was first made and when the technician arrived was there an explanation that an A/C system assessment would be done in connection with the air duct cleaning. Fast and efficient No one wants to be without AC in SoFla. We called Cool Air, they showed up when they said they would. They did the work quickly and the price was fair. We slept in a cool house the same night we had the AC issue. Quan the tech that came to our house was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
