Efrain the technician was the best so far and I want him to be the one to service the two units everytime I need service. Efrain very thorough and explains everything can't ask for more therefore I need him to service my unit overtime service is due please and a valuable asset for your company.
Called for service on unit CoolAir installed in 2015. Excellent service by David I requested service for my unit that was installed in 2015, it had freezed several times in two months. David was the technician assigned and he was excellent, very professional. He went step by step verifying the unit and found the issue, explained with detail the options and the cost while answering all the questions I had. They will replace the coil the day after tomorrow.
Tech was excellent ..... Felt Overcharged The technician was excellent and worked quickly to fix our unit. Being charged a labor rate of over $400 an hour is ridiiculous, more than an attorney would charge.
