thorough job but price shock The technician did a very good job overall but there were a few things that could be improved: 1. At no time when the appointment was first made and when the technician arrived was there an explanation that an A/C system assessment would be done in connection with the air duct cleaning. I did not ask for one when I scheduled the appointment. Although a few minor problems were discovered during the assessment to my surprise the cost ballooned from $450 to over $900. Fast and efficient No one wants to be without AC in SoFla. We called Cool Air, they showed up when they said they would. They did the work quickly and the price was fair. We slept in a cool house the same night we had the AC issue. Quan the tech that came to our house was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Professional Service Rolando did any excellent job servicing our AC. He had to wait one day at our home due to rain but cam back early the next day and got it done.

Final Installation of my new HVAC system This appointment was to install a back plate for my thermostat for my newly installed HVAC system. They showed up early but called in advance and did he job quickly and efficiently. Look forward to using Cool Air USA for my future needs.

Great Service I am so happy with the service I received today . Michael came out in a matter of an hour of when I had called them . He was so knowledgeable on everything and resolved my issue quickly . And most importantly came out on Labor Day which I didn’t think I was going to be able to have anyone out here !!! Would definitely use them again !
