Excellent service Our air conditioner stopped cooling in the middle of the night. We called Cool Air in the morning and were pleasantly scheduled for that same day. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and fixed the problem quickly.

Very professional & well mannered. Excellent technical & customer service! I’d like to mention how professional & well mannered Lior was, that speaks much of you as a Company. My sister is your customer and she highly recommended your technicians - she was right! Excellent service Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air anymore and after a call to call air USA they sent their rep Junior to fix it. He was there within a few hours and did an excellent job. He found the problem within minutes and fixed it right away. He gave a lot of tips for preventative maintenance, air filters etc. I highly recommend him.

Mostly Good Service Other than a feeling that the tech/sales agent who priced the system that was installed a year ago was taking advantage of this old man when quoting the price, they have been outstanding in responding to calls for service.. But the unit and service after installation were super. I can't say that for the installation crew who I would have rated at half a star.

Warranty Coverage I had a new system installed in December. It was under warranty. My tenant called Cool Air and the repairs were completed timely under the warranty.
