AC-Technician (Junior) I found this company “Cool Air USA” for AC/Repairs on google (my second company used to do the full inspection in order to fix a few things of my AC not working properly) don’t just be fooled by good ratings sometimes you need to get a second opinion. Cool Air and Leo... I am still in a state of shock. And awe. We realized our AC malfunctioned yesterday evening. Of course! Things always break when the chance of getting someone to come for repairs is next to impossible.

Was very pleased with the quick response of the service that was delivered. Technicians were very professional and courteous, and knowledgeable. I was shocked that I was expected to pay for services since I just had work done on a new unit that was purchased in May of 2016. Just two years later( this May) I had work done on the unit. I can't believe that a new unit would put me into such expenses. I hope the company will see it fit (in good faith)to rescind the charges that I was supposed to pay.
