Great Company :) After being displaced out of my home for 3 days, I arrived back only to find my AC was broken. I called Cool Air USA and was told that they had someone available the same day. Jean Paul (the tech) arrived at 6:00pm - he was smiling and assured me that he would get my system fixed. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. AC-Technician (Junior) I found this company “Cool Air USA” for AC/Repairs on google (my second company used to do the full inspection in order to fix a few things of my AC not working properly) don’t just be fooled by good ratings sometimes you need to get a second opinion. In this case Cool air USA has done a terrific-great assessment of the many problems that my 2012 AC unit has.
