Simple Nest diagnostic and fix I was very happy with this company. Making an appointment was quick and easy. One odd thing is that they gave me a time range from 11am-2pm for the appointment rather than a specific time. It worked out because I was going to be home all day Saturday to meet the tech. Xavier called about 10 mins ahead and was very pleasant. He assessed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly.
