Finally lucked out! Living in Miami, I had gotten used to fair to bad to horrid service. That all got turned around with COOL AIR USA. Firstly, make sure you call the correct company. There are several others with “cool air “ in their names. I needed a new a/c for a large apartment. Let’s face it, they are expensive no matter who you select .
