Finally lucked out! Living in Miami, I had gotten used to fair to bad to horrid service. That all got turned around with COOL AIR USA. Firstly, make sure you call the correct company. There are several others with “cool air “ in their names. I needed a new a/c for a large apartment. Let’s face it, they are expensive no matter who you select . Great Service! After calling Cool Air USA the technician showed ups early than the time given, David the technician for Cool Air was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explain to me the problem and how he would fix and how to make sure to spot any future problems. Awesome service! Thanks!
