Service man was knowledgeable, polite and efficient Service man was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Seemed very sincere and was helpful. I did find the charges a bit high but that’s not his fault.

The heater doesn’t work The heater doesn’t work so we call the cool air USA. The technician name Renaud l . Came and check the thermostat which doesn’t work so he replaced us with the new one . Renaud very nice and professional he explained how to operate the new thermostat. Thank you cool air USA with the great services
