Late Night AC Issues My AC unit died late Thursday night. Found Cool Air USA on line and gave them a call Very quickly they sent out a technitian - Anthony to fix the issue. Anthony called me to give me his ETA & when he arrived he quickly & professionally found the issue with the compressor, showed me the old part that needed to be replaced,provided me with options & cost & quickly went to work. Great service I had an issue with my A/C. I called Cool Air USA Friday morning and told them my issue. They told me someone would go later in the day. About 2 hours later I got a call from one of their Techs Anthony. Anthony told me he was 30 min away and he would call again when he was closer. 45 min later Anthony showed up to fix my issue m. Excellent service Unlike many other hvac service companies out there, they are honest, prompt and most importantly knowledgeable. Our Technitian Zeuxis did an excellent job at troubleshooting the problem in a very quick time. I highly recommend thic company, It is also one of the very few contractors who will do partial installations (eg replacing only the outside unit vs replacing both)
