Excellent Service To start with, the company works 24/7 and that was a plus in my book. Chris came out to check my air on a Sunday early evening. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing to diagnose and what needed to be done. I made an appointment for after work the next day and again Chris arrived and explained what he was doing as he was doing the work. I would recommend Cool Air USA to anybody and I would highly recommend Chris!
quick diagnostic and issue explanation technician arrived at the expected time, this is a great plus especially for people on the run. A full explanation of required actions has been given including a verbal unit replacement cost. I am a happy customer.

Jose did an amazing job‼️ We were in need of a major cleanup of our HVAC. We don’t think it had ever been cleaned before. Jose looked at everything carefully and suggested the best possible plan to restore the unit. No pressure selling.. just gave us the information and suggested the best way to proceed.
