The service and service person were excellent. The service person was so nice, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call again if I need repairs in the future.

Ac was leaking in my garage The technician was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly and efficient. He did NOT wear his shoes into my home which I appreciated. I asked questions and he explained everything to me. Very nice young man, a true asset to the company.

FAST RESPONSE Last night the main AC unit stopped performing. We called for service at 9pm on the 4th of July! Not only did we get an appointment but the service person came out at the scheduled time and fixed the next day! Now that is COOL!
excellent job Omer was very courteous and respectful. I was impressed with the efficiency of his work. He tackled the job without hesitating and with attention to detail which resulted in a excellent job. I was very satisfied and will recommend Cool Air to others.
Excellent and responsive. Came home from the Keys late Sunday night to no A/C. Technician showed up on time and stayed until 1:00am trying to troubleshoot and fix the AC. Next morning the company ordered my part and installed it as promised. All of this occurred one day before July 4th. What could have ended in a disaster ended up being professionally resolved by a committed group of employees.
AC Died on a holiday weekend. Great experience from calling the company (on a Sunday nonetheless) till David C. The technician fixed the AC. He was very knowledgeable. Worked in a timely fashion. Uber professional. Thank you!
