Was able to get a next day appt! The office staff was great. The repair tech was professional and let me know the cost before doing any work. I would definitely recommend this compNy highly! I going this company on Angie's list, called them and got a live person on a Saturday! They were able to come out the next day. I live out of state and the property is a rental yet they still were responsive and did a great job. I'd highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.
I would recommend this tech Efrain. He was excellent. I bought this a/c 2012 and have spent over 3000.00 to fix it already. The tech Efrain did and excellent job but I cannot understand how Cool Air USA installed a 2 ton a/c when it should have recommended a 3 ton.Now I have spent almost as much as I paid for the unit. It seems now I may need a new unit. I am not happy about the whole situation.I have a five year contract and still have to pay 175.00 to flush a drain line.Why get a contract?
Amazing Customer Service I called Miami AC Experts/Cool Air USA this afternoon after searching for a decent AC repair service all morning. It was 85 degrees in my apt, and every other company I called needed an up front deposit over the phone and couldn't send someone out until Monday. Cool Air USA said they could send someone out same day (b/w 5-8pm) and a dx would only be $29.
