Excellent and responsive. Came home from the Keys late Sunday night to no A/C. Technician showed up on time and stayed until 1:00am trying to troubleshoot and fix the AC. Next morning the company ordered my part and installed it as promised. All of this occurred one day before July 4th. What could have ended in a disaster ended up being professionally resolved by a committed group of employees.
AC Died on a holiday weekend. Great experience from calling the company (on a Sunday nonetheless) till David C. The technician fixed the AC. He was very knowledgeable. Worked in a timely fashion. Uber professional. Thank you!

Xavier did an excellent job today. He called before he came, arrived ahead of schedule, and then diagnosed the problem with our AC unit. This was our first time using Cool Air USA. I called because they were recommended in Best Pick Reports. I am very pleased I did. Xavier advised me what was needed, told me the cost, and proceeded as soon as we gave approval. He worked outside in hot humid temperatures and did a thorough job.

Awesome service, as always. I certainly hate when something goes wrong with a vehicle or appliance, internet, cable, etc, but have to face those days when it happens, just the same. So, that means dealing with a service of some sort. Most are pretty routine and some just give flat out good service. From the call for help to the end result, Cool Air USA delivered. And, I especially appreciated Angel, the service tech, for his friendly nature and solid service. Thank you.

Multiple layers of greatness! From the first phone call, thru the technicians and including the general manager, Cool Air delivered greatness. Trouble shooting machines is never easy and Cool Air stayed with me thru the process. Each technician that participated (Michael, Junior, and Daniel), each contributed to my machine pumping 58 degrees. Adam - great team!
Excellent, fast and courteous service Called around 9am, to ask for service, serviceman arrived around 1pm. Unfortunately, machine did not want to replicate the ugly noise it did during the night... All parameters were duly checked and photographed, drain line was flushed, Omer gave all necessary explanations. Simple, fast, courteous, professional, would recommend without hesitation.
