Excellent Service To start with, the company works 24/7 and that was a plus in my book. Chris came out to check my air on a Sunday early evening. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing to diagnose and what needed to be done. I made an appointment for after work the next day and again Chris arrived and explained what he was doing as he was doing the work. I would recommend Cool Air USA to anybody and I would highly recommend Chris!

quick diagnostic and issue explanation technician arrived at the expected time, this is a great plus especially for people on the run. A full explanation of required actions has been given including a verbal unit replacement cost. I am a happy customer.
