It is very stressful when your a/c stops working... Cool Air USA's customer service reps on the phone were helpful and nice...technician, Xavier, arrived when he said he would and was profesional, friendly, patient and kind...If I was annoying him with my many questions he never let it show :) he answered them all to my satisfaction...very helpful.
I am very please with the service, fast response time and the quality of the parts. The technician was ahead of his schedule time (JR, Truck #44) and completed the fast. I would recommend using using Cool Air USA to all my friends.

The Best Service all around Anthony came out to my home to clean the air ducts. With his experience we discussed why we were having the vents cleaned in the first place and he suggested to take a look at the air handler. Thanks to him, we could see what needed to be done to solve our situation. He was not only professional,but also personable. He went out of his way to not only do the job correctly,but to go above and beyond doing little extras that he did not have to do. Great Guy, Great Service!
