Quick and efficient Called at seven PM and technician arrived by nine thirty. Quickly found problem and air-conditioning was up and running by ten PM. Great work
Service Call per warranty Michael was our service provider and he was punctual and provided the 30 minute arrival time call promised by company, he is very knowledgeable with the AC service and units. We were very pleased with his customer service! We will ask for him to always be our service person. I can't thank him enough! Our AC is only a year old and we were concerned it was having an issue and he put our minds at ease and it is now working again as it was when it was installed. Thank you to Michael and Cool Air USA!

I thought the technician did a great job for me. It was a Sunday morning when the air went out and my regular maintenance provider said the earliest they could get to my house was the next day. Sorry, I had to get someone else. I called Cool Air and they had someone to my house in about 3 hours. The Technician had the issue troubleshot and temporarily running in about 20 minutes. He had the parts on the truck with him, and had it soon fixed. He was very straight forward and took the time to explain the reason for the failure... read more
