Cool Air USA Is Truly The Best!!! I have to let everyone in South Florida know how great this company is. After Hurricane Irma, we had damage to much of our outdoor equipment.... in particular, our pool and spa heaters. After spending a month of various appointments with other service providers, I finally found Cool Air USA. I admit, that I was surprised to learn that they worked on pool heaters, as I assumed they were all about Air Conditioning. Orlando quickly diagnosed the issue, inspected the air handlers, and made necessary adjustments to fix the problem. he was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous, plus efficient and timely. Cool Air USA has delivered fast, effective and efficient service. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them for air conditioning needs. I got up Monday morning having spent the weekend with no a/c. I looked up on Google and found Cool Air USA at 8:44am. Told them my problem. Within around an hour the technician was at my house in the rain! He quickly diagnosed the issue, supplied the new parts to fix the problem and made sure the a/c was working.
