Excellent service Unlike many other hvac service companies out there, they are honest, prompt and most importantly knowledgeable. Our Technitian Zeuxis did an excellent job at troubleshooting the problem in a very quick time. I highly recommend thic company, It is also one of the very few contractors who will do partial installations (eg replacing only the outside unit vs replacing both)

Excellent Service Technician arrived within 1 hour of our call which was after hours. He stayed 4 hours to troubleshoot the problem and finally fixed it after 3 technicians from Total Appliance fauled to complete the job. Anthony was knowledgeable, methodical, efficient, and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.
Excellent! I do not typically write reviews but I had to do this one because of the service provided. AC went out around 7pm called Cool Air USA they were very professional gave me a time frame and called me when they were on the way. My service technician, Anthony, arrived on time was very professional, explained the process and pricing and proceeded to do the repairs need.
