Service call The Technician was friendly and very knowledgable. He could tell us immediately what the issue was!
I thought the technician did a great job for me. It was a Sunday morning when the air went out and my regular maintenance provider said the earliest they could get to my house was the next day. Sorry, I had to get someone else. I called Cool Air and they had someone to my house in about 3 hours. The Technician had the issue troubleshot and temporarily running in about 20 minutes. He had the parts on the truck with him, and had it soon fixed. He was very straight forward and took the time to explain the reason for the failure... read more
He did a great job. He went throw everything that he did super job.
The service and service person were excellent. The service person was so nice, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call again if I need repairs in the future.
