Very happy with Co. And with service from Xavier. I am very happy with Cool Air as they fixed the problem quickly and did not try to find more things wrong. They came on time and I was able to get an appt earlier than expected after the hurricane. I signed up for their service contract which I would recommend to others.

Omer was a very nice guy who explained and showed everything to us that was wrong . He seemed very knowledgeable. Luckily it was something that coyjd be repaired right now . We just moved here and don't need the added expense iod a new unit . In the future we will definitly use your company and omer. Excellent service and will use again . Very pleased and will recommend

Professional & Fast Service Jose' is a very knowledgeable and skilled technician and was able to explain the job details in clear, understandable language. Jose' also went the extra mile in helping me with maintenance recommendations in addition to the basics covered under the service plan. The overall company, CoolAirUSA is very customer focused and responsive. In the past few years, they are working hard to be among the very best in the business. I'm very glad I had opted for their 3 year service plan!

Excellent service and timely! I called and received the appointment the same day within the time frame quoted. The service tech was extremely professional and informative.
