Jose found things that others didn't.... next time I'll request that you send him Jose was knowledgeable and he even found a dirty filter that I didn't know was in the a/c unit. He explained that the filter came with the unit and it was not visible, you had to go underneath the unit. The filter I put in the unit is visible and has easy access. It took 2 years for one of your employees to find it out. I wonder why the person who install it didn't tell me and the other maintenance guys didn't see it. I wonder????

DANNY R. A+ TECH. AVI A+ MANAGER WITH TECH. KNOWLEDGE AFTER THE COMPRESSOR AND SOME OTHER THINGS WERE REPLACED DUE TO SURGE FROM FPL, STILL HAD SOME MINOR THINGS THAT NEEDED TWEAKING. DANNY FIXED THE FIRST PROBLEM AND THEN CAME TODAY TO TWEAK AND FIX THE MINOR PROBLEM. AVI IS THE MANAGER AND HE SEND DANNY WHO IS PERFECT AT WHAT HE DOES AND IN HIS PERSONALIT. Adam and the technicians were fabulous From the moment I spoke to your company I felt the Caring. Adam was excellent in explaining why the other technician couldn't resolve my unique problem and suggested a professional team to come today. Chris and Stefan came today to try and resolve my problem. They were very professional and great in explaining how they will trouble shoot my issue. We need a few days to see if the problem is resolved and leaking stops BUT as far as my experience thus far - it is an A++
