Leaking Air Conditioner Your business was referred to me by my daughter, who is a manager of a business in Mid-Town. She had used your service and she was very satisfied with the service. Some of the individual items appeared to be a little pricey, but I had nothing to compare it to. Zeuxis , the technician explained everything not once,but twice. Good Service After first service man could not fix problem, he felt or was told that a more knowledgeable service person would be sent. Second man diagnose the problem and had the unit running. Thank you, M.Shohen

corrected immediately The initial visit did not correct my problem, however after i alerted Cool air, a tech was sent out immediately and the problem was corrected. I am very pleased with the customer service.

The first tech not want to work and rushed by letting all the very toxic Freon out in the air. Did not want this job. 1.5 hrs and did not fix the a.c. and left..no cool air. I was upset with the service he gave and rush job. Now Danny came later, diagnosed a part that died with compressor. Came next day and voila. Fixed ....my life of now back to normal after 3 months. And so is an angel. He made it possible to get my a.c. Irvin was great dealing me and the failed fix. Was patient and provided Danny who is A+++. fixed.thank ... read more
