Well done, beyond expectations! It's all about who you do business with. I had the pleasure of having Tracy come diagnose my issue. Mr.Tracy listened carefully as I described the history of my frustrating AC problems. My unit is difficult to work on. Tracy took his time to diligently work on the unit, gave it a full lookover, and diagnosed my issue. It was a quick fix to a problem that took me 3 precious techs and a few hundred bucks to basically tell me nothing was wrong. This is a solid business, with high class workers.

Excellent response time and great service! Micheal was able to come to my house within a few hours of my service call on a sunday afternoon and had my A/C running within a few minutes or getting to work. He was thorough explaining to me what was wrong and how he could fix it and had a very upbeat attitude even dealing with the heat in the apartment. Highly recommend! Thanks again Micheal!

Outstanding in all respects We were impressed by how promptly our call was answered. The technician, Angel, was professional and clearly had full understanding of our air conditioning system and what was necessary to repair it and bring it to proper working condition. He worked confidently and efficiently. We will certainly call Cool Air for all our air conditioning maintenance.
