Professional & Fast Service Jose' is a very knowledgeable and skilled technician and was able to explain the job details in clear, understandable language. Jose' also went the extra mile in helping me with maintenance recommendations in addition to the basics covered under the service plan. The overall company, CoolAirUSA is very customer focused and responsive. In the past few years, they are working hard to be among the very best in the business. I'm very glad I had opted for their 3 year service plan!

In stock parts & fast service In spite of needing service the week after a hurricane hit our area, They had the parts in stock, honored the material warranty on equipment installed by others and quickly had service completed!
