Excellent service, prompt arrival. As hurricane irma closed in on florida, i had just finished putting up my shutters. I went inside to cool down but noticed my A/C had stopped working. I panicked because with the storm coming i figured it would be impossible to get someone out. First place I called told me it would be $125.00 just to get someone out to look! Clean air makes me happy Service man was great! Xavier was knowledgeable and conditions in my house have improved ten fold. I did read ,after the fact, that customers would be aware of any chemicals used and accepted the risks involved with any such application during service. This was not discussed, however, I would still give a high rating to the company. My house had a smell prior that I could not pin point. Now I feel my breathing and health are no longer at risk. I am happy with the outcome.
