Excellent service Unlike many other hvac service companies out there, they are honest, prompt and most importantly knowledgeable. Our Technitian Zeuxis did an excellent job at troubleshooting the problem in a very quick time. I highly recommend thic company, It is also one of the very few contractors who will do partial installations (eg replacing only the outside unit vs replacing both)

The best of the best They are the best! I choose this company for my own apartment and my dad's apartments. I love the customer service, the attention, etc. They are a really good company! They are also sincere about everything you really need.

Excellent Service Technician arrived within 1 hour of our call which was after hours. He stayed 4 hours to troubleshoot the problem and finally fixed it after 3 technicians from Total Appliance fauled to complete the job. Anthony was knowledgeable, methodical, efficient, and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent! I do not typically write reviews but I had to do this one because of the service provided. AC went out around 7pm called Cool Air USA they were very professional gave me a time frame and called me when they were on the way. My service technician, Anthony, arrived on time was very professional, explained the process and pricing and proceeded to do the repairs need. Excellent service Technician did amazing job and I was very happy with your service. Unfortunately, I wrote wrong review on Customer lobby, because I thought this is the A/C company who was in my place before and they did horrible job. I tried to canceled my bad review. This guys are amazing!!!!! If I can somehow cancel my review, please let me know how to do it. I am so sorry.
