He was very courteous and helpful I could be considered a hard sell but Tracy left me with the impression that he treated my home as if it were his own. Great service The technician took the time to explain me the issue and the options for repair. The cost was more than I was expecting, however My AC leak is fixed and its cooling great. I even got a 10% discount. :-)
