Always available and efficient. Cool Air USA is great. We used them for the first time when the AC died on July 3, 2015 and everybody else was "gone for the weekend". Excellent Service Cool air was able to send a rep same day, provided me a three hour window and advised that the tech would call when 30 minutes away. The tech arrived in the agreed upon window, called in advance. Tech (Jose) was very professional, explained clearly why my system was malfunctioning and fixed the problem.
My service call Tracy was the complete professional. 2 other techs tried to rob me. He took the time. Awesome job
