The service was fast and the technician that came out with very respectful knew what the situation was right away and handled it very according I would highly recommend this service to anybody and pricing was not overpriced and service was installed very quickly

Excellent Service Cool air was able to send a rep same day, provided me a three hour window and advised that the tech would call when 30 minutes away. The tech arrived in the agreed upon window, called in advance. Tech (Jose) was very professional, explained clearly why my system was malfunctioning and fixed the problem.

My service technician Tracy called before showing up, explained what he would be doing and showed me what was preventing my a.c. from cooling the home. When Tracy finished the house was cool. Had a positive experience with Tracy the service technician. Called before showing up and did what he was supposed to do. He Let explained what he was going to do. Showed me what he had done and got the home cooling in no time. I am very happy I called.

All around AMAZING I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was great and sent someone over in just 30 minutes. Anthony, the technician, was professional, quick and so pleasant! He knew the problem just be me explaining it and fixed it immediately. He also cleaned the entire unit both inside and outside and drained the water - with a smile on his face the whole time in the blistering Miami Heat. Excellent service Excellent service starting with the on call service to determine what was wrong with my AC, to explaining cost, warranty, coverages and getting me an appoint for installation the next day. Again great service with technicians who came to install the equipment. They were punctual and very professional and left everything nice and clean when they left. Overall very pleased with Cool Air Inc!
