6 month maintenance Zeuxis the serviceman arrived almost 1 hour late. He didn't call to say he would be late. He only called when he was 10 minutes away. He did do a professional job and did it well. He was easy to talk too. He helped me install my heap filter. I had scheduled an appointment last Thursday from 1-14 pm and no one called or showed up. Your service personnel should always call if they can't make it or if they will br late.

The service and information given was helpful! We had a great representative in JR. He was very helpful and informative on the issues at hand concerning the air conditioning problem. I would use the service again!

Cooling again After my AC went out on a 90 degree day and calls going unanswered from my landlord , Cool Air USA was there to get things back in order. Chris did a great job and was super quick!!!!

Was able to get a next day appt! The office staff was great. The repair tech was professional and let me know the cost before doing any work. I would definitely recommend this compNy highly! I going this company on Angie's list, called them and got a live person on a Saturday! They were able to come out the next day. I live out of state and the property is a rental yet they still were responsive and did a great job. I'd highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.
