Easy to make an appointment. Great service Second time using this company to service the air unit in my apartment. Due to the issue being related to work previously completed on my thermostat, they even gave me a discount!
Over all your service was very good. I have only one exception. That was when your salesperson gave me the price he did not include what it would take to complete the job. He never looked inside my air conditioner to see how dirty it was and it was an added expense that I did not count on. Other then that your people ere very clean and professional.

repair of AC We had to call Cool Air to report a problem we had with our AC and in no time, Adam, in Customer Service had someone over in less that 5 hours and the problem was diagnosed with repair the following day. Good Job Rolando (Service Tech) and Souci (who, by the way got here at 9:30 pm after having worked the entire day) and spent an hour assessing our problem) which Rolando fixed the following day...I highly recommend this service!
Great Experience, Highly Recommended I had problem with my upstairs AC. It didn't seem to control the temperature and it was too hot. I had a different company telling me that i need to replace the entire AC unit for 3k . Glad I got second opinion from Cool Air USA because the issue was Thermostat. They managed to find the issue right away , replace the thermostat for only 200$ and have the problem resolved. The serviceman was fast, clean and pleasant. It looked like it would take many hours; however it only took two.
Clean and knowledgable.. Rolando was very polite and did a good job. I own my own business so in this case I look to see how techs perform and he did quite well. Will use this company again and recommend them..
