Tech was on time, informative, and knowledgeable Tech called to confirm and arrived promptly. He went right to work and checked everything out. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was very knowledgeable. He discussed products available and their advantages. I have used you people in the past as have my friends here in Oriole,Deauville. The cooling mechanic was very pleasant, professional and answered all my questions and was honest , explained and recommended what needed to be done. He took pictures of the unit inside and up on the roof of the unit.
