Excellent response time and great service! Micheal was able to come to my house within a few hours of my service call on a sunday afternoon and had my A/C running within a few minutes or getting to work. He was thorough explaining to me what was wrong and how he could fix it and had a very upbeat attitude even dealing with the heat in the apartment. Highly recommend! Thanks again Micheal!

Visit 2 check thermostat The tech, Junior, was GREAT. Went above & beyond the call of duty. Came "after hours." If I was his boss I would GIVE HIM A RAISE!

Outstanding in all respects We were impressed by how promptly our call was answered. The technician, Angel, was professional and clearly had full understanding of our air conditioning system and what was necessary to repair it and bring it to proper working condition. He worked confidently and efficiently. We will certainly call Cool Air for all our air conditioning maintenance.

I can breathe! Cool Air lived up to their reputation regarding customer service and work quality when they serviced my A/C, vents etc. The technician was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and educated me about everything he was recommending.
