The service was excellent I had an unexpected problem with the AC of a property that I rent. I call Air USA at about 5:00 pm. when I came back form work. A person answered the phone immediately and I got a technician going to my property the same day, within 2 hours. Once the person got there, he called me and explained everything. The solved the problem for that night but I was told the AC had to be replaced. I got the new one installed the following day. I really recommended
Got us cool again. We were without ac for 3 days. When Walker came to fix it he was very professional and courteous. Walter let us know every step of the way what he was doing and when he would be finished with the job. Thank you Walter and cool air for getting our ac back up and raining.
Heater not working Anthony was very professional. Troubleshooted the issue, took time to explain and fixed the issue. Very knowledgeable individual. Very happy with his work.
Service was done iefficiently No problems. Just needed a shorter window time in arriving.
Joe made it so I didn't cook while sleeping. Technician came out during the evening and diagnosed the A/C issue that evening.
