Top notch company From the moment I called Kool Air to make an appointment, I was impressed. The sales rep was very professional, knowledgeable and was not high pressure. Stellar Performance I had probably one of the very best experiences with a company, in this case, Cool Air USA, ever. My air conditioner which is relatively new was not blowing cool air. I realized the condenser, which is outdoors was not turning on. I called Cool Air USA indicating my problem and also to learn their financial policy. They told me they could come out the very same day and their service fee would be $49, however, if I could wait one day they would waive the service fee. I agreed to wait to one day.
