Great Service! We had the first technician come out today, which was super nice! He ended up having to forward the job to a colleague because he did not have the type of equipment required to perform the type of cleaning we wanted. His colleague, Anthony was here within the hour and was very knowledgeable, quick, and friendly.

A very positive experience. I called Cool Air on a Saturday afternoon as the compressor on my AC unit was not running. Air handler, fan motor, and every other component were functioning....but just a big fan without a compressor! They told me a technician wluld arrive between 4 & 7 PM. I received a call from them within the time I was told, and Efrain arrived shortly after the call. First & foremost, Efrain was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable.
