A very positive experience. I called Cool Air on a Saturday afternoon as the compressor on my AC unit was not running. Air handler, fan motor, and every other component were functioning....but just a big fan without a compressor! They told me a technician wluld arrive between 4 & 7 PM. I received a call from them within the time I was told, and Efrain arrived shortly after the call. First & foremost, Efrain was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Ac works great The service man SEAN was amazing...very polite and efficient. He was conscientious enough to check out every aspect both inside and outside of my airconditioning unit. It was a simple fix and he never tried to sell me something i did not need! The company is lucly to have such an honest man.

Awesome experience!! Chris and Sylvester came out today and fixed 2 units at our corporate office. They were extremely nice and fixed everything in a timely manner. Competitive pricing and efficient work. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of A/C repairs!!!
