Awesome service and great employee (Mike) "Mike" of Cool Air USA responded quickly to my house. He very patient, and took the necessary time to properly diagnose my Freon shortage problem, attending too the different pressure levels, took out the time to cool down the outside unit by spraying water on it, monitoring everything, and filling in the appropriate amount of Freon, thus making my air conditioner work great!
Very knowledgeable Michael was great and taught me a lot about my AC unit. The yearly service maintenance is worth it
