Will request service again. So far there are no issues. I called and received an appointment right away - next day and within the time frame I was given over the phone. The service person was professional, explained the work that was being done and my air conditioner was back to its working the way it is meant to work. I will request service again if my ac should need it.

Because the service technician (Tracy) was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with information about replacing my old AC unit, I decide to purchase a new Rheem AC unit today from Cool Air USA! This morning a service technician (Tracy) from Cool Air USA arrived at my condo to inspect my old Goodman (10 Years) AC unit on my roof and to replace a UV light on my AC Handler unit.
