USA employees are extremely well qualified and personable USA has been primarily efficient, less expensive and the technicians have been knowledgeable, efficient, polite and gracious...especially Adam in Customer Service, and technicians Effron and Chris. I would recommend them to anyone!

tech did a good job and unit is working fine this was a callback as unit was repaired and then stopped working the next day. Repairman found a problem with the thermostat which was repaired and unit working properly. Repairman arrived timely and did a good job.

Very good serviceman, Oner. Very polite, very pleasant, and very competent. Competent and responsive service. A/C died on Sat night. I called Sunday and had service on Monday pm. Charge not unreasonable. I bought my a/c from Cool Air and it has been a very good unit. I highly recommend them.
