Professional technicians. Angel and Leedor arrived at our home ontime as scheduled. They were here almost 1 hour to clean the dryer duct using the tools necessary. Great, knowledgeable, service minded technicians I would request them next time. Customer service rep was also outstanding. Cool Air will take care of your order in a professional, courteous manner.
Had Air ducts cleaned and sanitized Omer came for the first time today to our condo to clean the duct work. He was very polite, introduced himself right away and shook my hand. When he came in he checked to see how many air ducts and confirm the price with me before starting. We then discussed the sanitizing, and even though I hadn't scheduled for that he added that on for me at my request for additional cost. I will use them again, when I feel the need.
