Excellent Service Anthony is the tech that handles issues with my A/C and he gives me the best service I could ask for. With such an old unit, I have had some problems but Anthony got to the bottom of the trouble and fixed it. So if I ever have the need again, I will be sure to contact this tech for quality service. The service was excellent I called to report a leaking in a new AC that was recently installed in my house and my call was transferred to a recording voice system. I decided not to leave my message but I was surprised when I received a call back in less than 30 min from the company asking me what was the problem. I cloud schedule an appointment in a few second. I really commend Cool Air USA for his professionalism and outstanding service.

Super professional solved my AC issues David was super professional! He answered all of my questions patiently, explained what was going on, showed me exactly what he was doing and took before and after pictures for me and my landlord. Gave me tips and tricks to better use our AC and to properly maintain it. Repaired leaking A/C The technician knew the problem immediately. He explained the problem and solution in detail, answering all my questions. Everything has a separate price, which can add up when doing repairs. I felt it was fair given he was busy for over an hour. However, the tech showed up three hours after my appointment, and I had to call several times to inquire.
