Excellent! Best service call I have had in Miami. They called first before they arrived (as promised), arrived in time window (as promised), they knew what they were doing (great!), and the price was fair and as quoted. Highly recommend.

Great service. The unit where the AC went bad is a rented unit and considered by me as a service priority for my tenants. The tenant showed up within the expected time frame and resolved the problem withinn 30 minutes. All involved were very pleased with the technician and the whole experience. It is easy to get in touch with your staff, even on a Saturday, and this is a plus. The staff was pleasant and polite. Congratulations, keep it up.

He was very courteous and helpful I could be considered a hard sell but Tracy left me with the impression that he treated my home as if it were his own. I also like when a representative speaks well of the company they work for - Comcast could learn a lesson from you guys! Way to go. I feel like I'm in good hands.
