Very satisfied finally, about a on going problem that has been very costly and un resolved. Finally and hopefully, your company has figured how to deal with the problem of condenser line clog . This has been a constant hazard, and almost impossible problem to deal with. I am finally a little relieved, I hope that you realize, that this must have caused a great deal of trouble for manny of your customers, and therefore your company, will in turn get the recognition it deserves.
Totally dis satisfied I called cool because my air conditioner was not on as It turned outvthe breaker was off I threwvthe breaker and airconditioning working fine. Since I had alreadyvscheduled a tech to come out I fogured I should just have it checked out I should have known to just cancel when the tech called to say hev was on his way and scam likely showed up in my phone but he was on his way today. Ac work at my house The ac guys came out to my house and told me I may have a freon leak they were very nice guys
Goodman AC After spending over $3000 in a span of 2 years, my AC was done. Cool Air gave me a discount for a 5 ton/13 seer Goodman AC unit (April 2014). $2597 after fpl rebate and I got a 3 year service agreement. I wish they would have told me that my old was done before trying to fix it, but it happened. Everything was good until June 2018, just 4 years later (still under warranty). Techs service on Sunday and Monday (Hialeah) Hello. You sent us techs on Sunday and Monday. The one on Sunday was very nice but he was unable to connect an USD $ 85.00 dollar Honeywell thermostat. He connected a very cheap thermostat which has no brand. My AC is not working as well as before as a result of his work. The tech on Monday was also very nice and seemed to be more experienced.
