Techs service on Sunday and Monday (Hialeah) Hello. You sent us techs on Sunday and Monday. The one on Sunday was very nice but he was unable to connect an USD $ 85.00 dollar Honeywell thermostat. He connected a very cheap thermostat which has no brand. My AC is not working as well as before as a result of his work. The tech on Monday was also very nice and seemed to be more experienced. A complete joke Joke, literally tried to steal from me. Do not use
Broken pipe It was repair in no Time
Good company overall. Had Cool Air come to my home as my compressor was intermittently shutting off. Their recommendation was replacment of a switching unit outside along with the wiring harness from the compressor to the exterior breaker, cleaning of the drain line with compressed nitrogen gas, and rerouting the condensate drain at the air handler. Bad service and too expensive ! I had my AC fixed by Cool Air and it did not last long ! The technician came and after evaluating the problem , which found out that was just cleaning the coil , drain line flush and so call replacing the line they had over charged me and on the top of that after a few months , I had do redo all of it !!! Do not hire this company by any means . The job was done poorly and I was overcharged . Tech was knowledgeable of the problem. He eliminated possible problems and found it was the thermostat that was replaced before that was the problem.
