price for the woirk done a little high for just a few minutes of work. Price charged $ 175 for just a few minutes of work done was to high.

Small piece broken The service was great but at the same time I know that my bill shouldn't be $200 with a discount for just a small broken piece that if I knew I would get it from Home Depot maybe for $10 and all that flush and cleaning that he did did not take three minutes... Just shocked i had to pay that much

Tenants are satisfied and I am happy I manage a home in Miami owned by a friend who lives in Ireland. I live in Staten Island, NY. The tenants complained of inadequate air conditioning. There units are very old and it appears that the tenants have not maintained them well. One of the tenants offered to call an HVAC mechanic that he knew through others. The quote was over $2500.
