go some where else After 1 week brand new A/C stopped working because they did not clean out drain when new A/C installed,old A/C had problem with drain but A/C worked great,after a week of no A/C I contacted cool air,they said they would send someone on 10-9, a weekend I told them 10-10 would be fine they said they were coming on that day,they didn't show,they called and said they would come 10-11 and they would call in the morning and tell me when,they called and said I was first appt of the day then asked if I had permit,... read more

If you think sitting around your house all day waiting on a tech call this company! My husband and I just bought our first home, our A/C unit is fairly new ( about 2years old) but the old owner smoked in the house, so we knew that after we did our renovations to the house that we would need our air ducks cleaned. Do not call this company! $99 service fee was ok. Plus $300 to replace a circuit breaker and re connect a wire. I said that was a quick fix but he said it could take a while. it took less than 10 min. No wonder why he had me pay up front by credit card!!! He even gave me 10% off because I said no at first so it would have been more!

Technician Review I must compliment Chris who was the second technician that came out to fix the problem, apparently the first technician who install the pump connect the power wrong it was not grounded properly, so the pump could not work, Chris has a better working knowledge once he came he access what was wrong and address it in no time

upon request for service to one one of our A/C units, work was scheduled promptly that same afternoon Very satisfied with the service and prompt resolution to the problem being experienced and recommendations to prevent the drain pipe from getting clogged again

Service follow up My first service with this company was a few days ago and even though they were running late they worked into the night to make sure my service wasn't pushed off. Today new guests checked in and said that the same system wasn't working. They send a technician out and he found the system was turned off at the thermostat. Even though there's no way to prove it was the service tech who left it that way they did not charge me for the service and make sure that it was blowing cold before they left.
